This scoring system explains how delegates are evaluated throughout the competition, from preliminary events to the final crowning moment.

PRELIMINARY COMPETITION SCORING — 100% TOTAL

The Preliminary Competition determines which delegates advance to the Grand Final.

1. Pre-Pageant & Official Activities — 10%

Judges evaluate:

• Daily outfits and presentation

• Hair and makeup

• Punctuality

• Discipline, professionalism, and attitude

• Social media engagement

• Participation and commitment throughout the week

• Attendance and performance at seminars and official meetings

2. Official Photoshoots — 10%

Judges assess:

• Photo composition

• Presentation and confidence

• Overall professional image and first impression

3. Closed Door Interview — 25%

A major scoring component conducted privately with the judging panel.

Judges evaluate:

• Communication skills

• Confidence and authenticity

• Intelligence and articulation

• Personality and presence

• Ability to express goals, purpose, and personal story

• Why the delegate deserves the title

4. Preliminary Swimsuit Competition (Official Event) — 15%

Judges evaluate:

• Confidence and comfort in swimwear

• Body awareness and posture

• Poise, elegance, and stage presence

• Overall presentation and impact

5. Preliminary Sportswear Competition — 15%

Judges evaluate:

• Athletic confidence and energy

• Body control and posture

• Walk, movement, and projection

• Overall look and presentation

6. Preliminary Evening Gown Competition — 25%

A major scoring category.

Judges evaluate:

• Elegance and grace

• Gown fit and styling

• Poise, confidence, and movement

• Overall stage impact and presentation

The delegates with the highest combined scores advance to the Grand Final.

Once selected into the Grand Final, scoring continues through multiple competitive rounds.

7. On-Stage Mini Interview — 10%

• Personality and charisma

• Overall first impression on stage

• Connection with the audience

8. Swimsuit Competition — 15%

• Confidence and comfort in swimsuit

• Body awareness and posture

• Poise, elegance, and stage presence

• Overall presentation and impact

ROUND 2 — Performance & Presence

9. Sportswear Competition — 15%

Judges evaluate:

• Athletic confidence and energy

• Body control and posture

• Walk, movement, and projection

• Overall look and presentation

10. One-Minute Speech — 10%

Judges evaluate:

• Message clarity and purpose

• Confidence and delivery

• Ability to inspire and connect with the audience

ROUND 3 — Elegance & Intelligence

11. Evening Gown Competition — 25%

• Elegance and sophistication

12. Final Question — 10%

Judges evaluate:

• Ability to answer under pressure

• Clarity and intelligence of response

13. Final Look — 15%

This is the final and most powerful on-stage presentation.

• Overall elegance and confidence

• Poise, security, and commanding presence

• Ability to captivate both judges and audience
