💄 Hair & Makeup Touch-Up Station
 
For official activities where personal hair and makeup teams may not be present, delegates will have access to a Hair & Makeup Touch-Up Station.
 
This station provides:
 
Light makeup touch-ups (powder, lipstick, shine control, lash checks)
Hair smoothing, flyaway control, and minor adjustments
Cohesive, photo-ready appearance for group activities and photoshoots

**Road to the Crown Package – Delegate Requirement**
 
All delegates competing in JR Beauty USA are required to participate in the Road to the Crown Package. This package provides standardized education, official competition wardrobe, and grooming support to ensure every delegate is equally prepared and professionally presented.
 
The package includes six pre-national virtual seminars, official competition attire, curated accessories, and access to a hair and makeup touch-up station for select activities. This structure eliminates inconsistencies, promotes fairness, and upholds the JR Beauty USA national brand image.
 
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification from competition activities.
